Monteverde Cloud Forest

The town of Santa Elena lies in the heart of the MonteVerde region.  It is in what is called the "Cloud Forest" - high up on the mountainside, almost always clouded over, cool and beautiful.


It feels like being in a part of Tolkien's hobbit world!
