Pinky’s tours is oriented toward making sure that your experience in Costa Rica is fun, comfortable and safe.  We service not only Costa Rica itself but have made many trips to the adjacent countries of Panama and Nicaragua.

We use modern mini-vans which seat as many as 14 people.  Even if you only have one or two people in your party, we are please to accommodate you.  Our vehicles are fully licensed and insured for transporting tourists.  In the unlikely event that there should be an accident, you are insured as you would be in North America or Europe!

We can meet you at the international airport near San Jose Costa Rica and take you from there.  Or, if you wish, we can pick you up at the international airport in Liberia, which has Costa Rica’s second international airport.

Pinky’s tours knows that certain things are a priority for most tourists when they are hiring transportation and a driver.  You want:

    1.    A well-trained courteous driver who knows not only places you specifically ask him to go but also suggest to you other places that will fit your needs and your desires.  Our drivers have all been driving professionally for many years.  They know the roads of Costa Rica and the adjacent countries, accommodations at your destination and the best places to find what you want at each destination;

    2.    A driver who speaks enough English that he and you can communicate well and that he can make sure that what you are saying is properly communicated to the people that you meet.  Our drivers are certainly not native English speakers but are able to communicate with you and serve your needs;

    3.    A driver who values your comfort and your safety.  Both of those, of course, are extremely important.  Our drivers value also their own comfortand safety, within reasonable bounds, the well-being of their vehicles (the vehicles are their livelihood) and know that they must drive reasonably and very safely to make your trip an enjoyable one and to keep themselves in business.  They know that it is enlightened self-interest to make sure that their guests come away from the experience saying that it was indeed a good trip;

    4.    A driver who will make sure that you get the best value for your money as possible, whether it is for hotel rooms, meals, attractions that you attend, souvenirs that you buy and, obviously, the cost of our services;

    5.    A driver who will make sure that you can sit back and enjoy your trip without having to spend your time straightening out frustrations or just spending hours on roads which are usually quite grueling for those who are not used to the roads.

Aside from trying to make absolutely sure that your experience with transportation within Costa Rica and its adjacent countries is a pleasant one and one which gives you from point A to point B as quickly as possible, our drivers go to considerable lengths to make sure that they pass on as much information about the countryside, the points of interest as they pass along the roads and information about alternative activities at destination points.
